Our attorneys have extensive experience working with special education directors and special education cooperatives advising clients on serving special populations. We routinely assist clients with policy development, by advising ARD committees, mediating disputes, representing districts in due process litigation under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, and dealing with issues related to Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.
