Andrew Clark joined the firm in 2008 as an associate attorney.  Mr. Clark focuses his practice on the representation of Texas school districts in all areas of school law with an emphasis on construction law, student discipline and employment matters.  While in law school, Mr. Clark served as a law student clerk to the Honorable Emilio M. Garza of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
